Zara Spring Fashion Line

It has been a while since I have been this excited about Zara’s new line. Every fashion trend for Spring can be found under one roof. And the hectic mom on the go in me definitely can appreciate that.

Oversized Boyfriend Blazer

The Oversized Boyfriend Blazer is my go to day- to night look. Pairs nicely with a pair of mom jeans and combat boots for a casual day look, or chic bra top and heels for a night time look.

Embroidery

Embroidery isn’t just grandmas’s favorite pass time anymore. You’ll find this fine needle work on anything from t-shirts, polos, skirts, hats and pretty much any item you can think of this spring.

Cut-Outs

I love this trend. The elusive piece of skin peeking through. Just make sure you pick a piece with the cut-out in a flattering place.

Floral Print

The bolder the better it seems is the name of the game this Spring with bright in your face floral patterns.

Sheer Second Skin

This is one of my favorite through backs to the early 2000’s. Call it nostalgia, call it wanting to relive my teen years… Whatever it is I am living for it.

Cropped Top

The cropped top doesn’t seem to be going anywhere the Spring. My mom belly isn’t too thrilled but it’s nothing high waisted skirts or pants can’t fix.

Wide Leg Trousers

Wide leg shorts and pants with a high waist are the way to go this Spring. The silhouette is very flattering as they emphasize the waist.

Trench Coat

A tried and true staple of any closet. I’m not really sure when the classic tan trench coat went out of style, but nonetheless I am happy to formally welcome it back.

Flats

My feet and back couldn’t be more thrilled that the stiletto has not found its way back into main stream fashion just yet. Though if you ask me there really is nothing like a good pair of heels.

I look forward to shopping and giving my wardrobe a very much needed update. I’d love to hear your must haves for this spring.
